In addition to the existing neighborhood amenities, Waterfront Park is a $38 million, multi-purpose facility scheduled to open in spring, 2014. It will include large civic greens, children’s play area, intimate garden rooms and an expansive interactive fountain. It is situated just three blocks from Prime on the world-famous San Diego Embarcadero.
